The KBA number (Federal Motor Transport Authority number), also called key number, is a unique identifier for your vehicle type. With this number you are guaranteed to find the right engine oil.
Where can I find the KBA number?
- Vehicle registration (old): Fields 2 and 3
- Registration certificate Part 1: Fields 2.1 and 2.2
